     After a long-term renter moved out of this rental unit, massive water damage was found to have permeated through 3 walls from 2 different unreported water leaks. This caused massive damage to the cabinets, bathroom and adjoining bedroom. With the framing showing signs of rot, we were able to replace all the damaged framing and have a plumber come and fix both leaks. After demolition and rubbish removal it was necessary to disinfect the entire unit before any more work could continue. We then moved on to the remodel of both the bathroom and kitchen as well as installing new flooring, baseboards and trim around the doorways. Due to how the unit had been left, virtually everything in the unit was replaced including bedroom and closet doors.
