Getting ready to sell their house, the client was looking to create appealing curb appeal to potential buyers. With plenty of parking already available on the property, we removed the sloping concrete pad and used a small retaining wall to level out the area.  We then enclosed the space with cedar fencing and added a railing to their front deck effectively closing in the entire space. Sod and a small L shaped planting bed with native plants were then installed.
